  1. Do you overindulge? Put on the happy face? Push yourself beyond limits? Over exhaust?

  2. Or, do you take care of yourself? Rest, Play, Exercise? Forgive?

  3. Do you feel guilty when you take time for yourself?

  4. Remember: Self-care fuels you! Self-care is an act of survival!
